The Student Reception acts as first point of contact for the following services:
- Student Finance
- Student Records
- The Graduate School
- Student Admissions and Recruitment Office
- Examinations
- Enrolment
- Awards and Cermonies
The reception offers advice and guidance to students for all the above departments including:
- Guidance on how and when to make fee payments
- The processing of fee payments
- Issuing of student status letters
- Issuing of new student cards at the beginning of a course (in order to replace a student card that is damaged, lost or stolen please go to the Main Reception, University House between 10.00am-3.00pm Monday-Friday),
- Thesis Submission
- Receiving supporting documents for course applications.
