International Students
Student Reception, Ground Floor, University House
International students should go to the Student Reception on the Ground Floor of University House for the following:
- All general enquiries.
- To hand in any forms for signing relating to Visiting Exchange or Erasmus.
- Students who require an extension to their current student visa should consult the International Office web pages at http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/services/international/students/immigration/ and book onto appropriate workshops and/or make an appointment to see an adviser) so that the appropriate checks can be made.

Alternatively students can complete an online request form for the appropriate status letter for immigration purposes at the following web address:

Such letters should then be available for collection at the Student Reception on the Ground Floor of University House from 2.30pm the following working day. (during peak periods the letter may take longer to produce). An e-mail will be sent when the letter is available to collect.
- To make any appointments with the Welfare Officer or Programmes Team (students wishing to make an appointment to see an immigration advisor should contact the International Office directly).

International Office
Students should go directly to the International Office or contact the International Office on 024 7652 3706 (rather than queuing at Student Reception on the Ground Floor of University House) if:
- They have a pre-booked appointment with a member of staff in the International Office.
- They have been advised to drop off or collect passports/documents/Id cards in relation to immigration applications.
- To collect police registration certificates.
- They wish to make an appointment to see an immigration advisor.
If you do have any queries regarding where you may need to go to seek appropriate support please do feel free to ring through to the International Office on 024 7652 3706 for advice in advance to avoid unnecessary delay.
