Who is it for? Students who lack confidence and who want to improve their sense of self-worth
Content In this session you will cover:
  • What leads to low self-confidence and low self-esteem
  • How to develop a more objective about view of yourself
What will I get out of this? By the end of the session you will have gained a better understanding of:
  • An understanding of the connection between how you think and how you feel
  • What you need to challenge in yourself in order to change
  • Ways to improve how you feel about yourself
