    Student Cards

    Once you have enrolled...

Once you have enrolled online and you have your enrolment certificate (or the number from it), you can exchange it for your University Card. There are a number of ways in which you can obtain your card:

    • If you are attending on campus, you will need to bring your enrolment certificate to the Panorama Room on your allocated day and your card will be ready for you to collect. If you did not submit your passport photo in advance, you will need to bring your enrolment certificate and photograph to the Panorama Room where they will prepare a card while you wait but this may take some time. Please note that the Panorama Room is only open for card collection on the dates indicated in your enrolment pack.

    • At all other times of the year cards for new students are issued via the Academic Office Reception in University House. A passport sized photograph should be submitted to the Academic Office Reception along with your enrolment certificate. The reception staff will then advise you when the card will be ready for collection.

    • If you are a Distance Learning student, you should contact your department, who will have procedures in place to have your card made for you, and sent out to you.

    • If you are a Part Time student and are not often in Warwick, you can either bring a passport sized photo and your enrolment certificate into the Academic Office Reception, as outlined above, or you can elect to send a photo in to your course co-ordinator in your department, who will have the card made for you and sent out to you.
