We have compiled a list of helpful information to help you plan the best journey onto campus.

Bus passes and travel cards
Stagecoach and National Express offer a range of bus pass options for students, find out more.
Uni Hop
Use the National Express Bus Service within the Uni Hop zone for a subsidised rate of just £1.50 one way. Valid for students and staff travelling on the 11,12X, 14, 14A, 41 and 42 bus services within a local area to main campus.

West Midlands Bus on Demand - Shuttlebus
West Midlands On-Demand is a new type of bus service. It does not follow a specific route or timetable. Instead, you book a journey and a bus will pick you up at a time you choose.
Download the WM On Demand app on Google Play or iOS.
You can book journeys to/from several locations including the Leamington Spa, University of Warwick, Wellesbourne, University Hospital Coventry, Coventry City Centre and South & East Coventry.
Operating times
- Monday to Friday, 6am -11pm
- Saturday, 8am -11pm
- Sunday, 8am - 3:30pm
The West Midlands On Demand uses accessible minibuses. They have space for a wheelchair. You can also bring assistance dogs on the bus (all other dogs are not allowed).

The stations nearest to campus are:
- Canley station: a 25-minute walk or 10 minute cycle from campus.
- Coventry station: via the 11 or 12X bus service
- Tile Hill station: a 7-minute car journey, or via the 14 bus service
- Leamington Spa station: via the U1/U2 or 11 buses

Eco driving
There are ways to avoid burning through your fuel when you are driving, this includes not doing so much breaking and hard accelerating, using your gears correctly and maintaining a low RPM. Find out more.
Set google maps to show routes designed for engine type
Google Map app had a new ability to specify what type of engine you have (e.g. petrol or diesel) so that it can calculate best route depending on this and reduce fuel costs.
Walk or cycle if you can
This saves on fuel and transport costs and helps both your health and the environment.

Electric Vehicle (EV) charging on campus
All users who drive an EV vehicle can charge for free (parking tariffs apply) when using the University campus charging network.
Car Club Scheme
Did you know that you can use the Enterprise car club service on campus? These are cars that are available for short-term hire. There are two types of vehicles that you can use for different journey purposes:
- For personal/leisure travel: If you need to hire a car on a short-term basis for any other purpose, you can use one of the cars that are in Car Park 8a (the car park next to The Junction) and in Cryfield Village Car Park. You will have to cover the cost of this service yourself.

Walking and cycling are great for your health, wellbeing and the environment.
You can easily get around our campuses by walking. Some areas of the central campus have now become pedestrianised to help make walking and cycling safer and more convenient for our campus community. Our interactive map can help you find your way around our campus.

West Midlands Cycle Hire
You can find and hire a bike at several docking stations on campus 24/7. Ebikes are also now available for hire and they can make pedalling easier! There are two ways to ride with West Midlands Cycle Hire, you can either buy bundles of minutes up-front or pay as you ride.
To hire a bike or e-bike, you will need to download the Beryl cycle hire app.
