Go Global
Go Global is a joint initiative by the Students Union and Office for Global Engagement that highlights opportunities for global experiences both abroad and on Warwick Campus.
It's a great way to find out about our cultural societies or opportunities to learn languages on campus, and ways to get out into the world by studying abroad, or engaging in global volunteering, internships or international entrepreneurship. And they offer grants to support cultural and diversity events too!

World@Warwick
World@Warwick is a student society that brings together all the different nationalities on campus. Whether you are a home student, an ERASMUS student or an international student - W@W is open to everyone!

International Volunteering
Our intercultural activity reaches far beyond campus. In particular, our international volunteering opportunities provide our students with the chance to reach out and engage with communities in both India and Africa.
Our Warwick in Africa programme provides our volunteer teachers with a 4-6 week placement to deliver energetic, inspirational maths and English lessons to some of the poorest schools across South Africa, Tanzania and Ghana.
And our Warwick in India programme works with Delhi's Laksh Foundation to deliver free education to the children of local farm workers. Our student volunteers spend a month each across five schools providing maths and English classes to over 300 students.
And our Warwick Raising and Giving (RAG) student society also provides lots of international fundraising opportunities too - just this year they've cycled to Paris, completed the Inca trail and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
All of these, along with our study abroad opportunities, are supported by the option of taking part in intercultural training - a three-stage programme designed to develop your intercultural competency before, during and after your time overseas.

There's loads of other ways to explore the world to study too. Whether you're looking to spend a year studying abroad with one of our many partner institutions, or looking for a summer school or a conference, there are lots of opportunities.

Warwick Fused
Warwick Fused is our annual world music festival that sees musicians from all over the world come together under one roof and on one stage in a celebration of diversity. This year's show included contributions from the Afro Carribean Society, Drum Soc, Warwick World Music Group, Symphony Orchestra, Chorus, Chamber Choir, Indian Music Society, Chinese Orchestra, Steel Pans & The Global Songbook!
The region
There's more to Warwick than just what goes on around campus, and our pride in our inter-cultural activity is shared throughout the wider region.
From annual celebrations like Coventry and Leamington's Mela festivals, or the Positive Images festival, through to a Middle Eastern film festival, or Coventry's bid to become the UK City of Culture 2021 - there are lots of ways that the region celebrates the cultural traditions of its diverse communities.
