Collecting your keys and University card – on campus
IIf arriving on or after 23 September, your University card and keys can be collected from Student Reception, Senate House. Keys and University Cards can be collected between 7am - 3am until 20 October.

Visa checks and Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) collection
You will be able to attend in-person visa checks and BRP collection after arriving. If you are subject to immigration control in the UK, you will need to attend one of these events to complete your enrolment with us.

Available to collect from the start of your contract at Student Reception, Senate House.
If living in Liberty Park and Study Inn, they will send you information about checking in.
Privately-rented accommodation - Your landlord or letting agent will send you instructions for moving in and collecting your keys.
