Celebrating 25 years of the 2+2 degree
For 25 years we have been offering flexible and accessible opportunities for local adults to return to study on our 2+2 degree pathway. Over 2,000 people from diverse backgrounds have graduated from this programme and for many, it has been both a career and life-changing experience. Read about some of the success stories.

We are opening our doors throughout June, July and August for you to visit the Centre and talk to us about our 2+2 degree and other courses starting this autumn. We will be happy to answer any questions you have about our flexible entry requirements, application process, student funding and any other concerns you may have about returning to study.

We offer a range of Short courses which you can study for pleasure, to gain an understanding of a new subject or as a taster for further study.

Our certificates are constantly refreshed and include topics in Creative Writing, English, History, Journalism, Psychology and Philosophy. Our short courses incorporate undergraduate and postgraduate level study and include accredited and non-accredited programmes.

Group studyingWould you like to develop your skills and expertise in order to progress your career or find a new career path? We offer a variety of professional development courses in Career Studies, Coaching, Counselling, Early Childhood and Initial Teacher Training as well as an MA in Social Work and PhDs.

We also offer a number of Short courses, 10-week accredited short courses, 10-week postgraduate level awards and 1-year undergraduate level certificates in subjects as varied as Business, Journalism and Psychology and Writing Fiction.
