CLL achieves a 97% student satisfaction rating

The Centre is pleased to announce excellent results across the board in the National Student Survey (NSS) 2015. The results of the survey are particularly important to us as the feedback comes directly from our finalists and recent graduates. Across the survey we achieved excellent results including 97% of students agreeing CLL staff are good at explaining things, and 94% are satisfied with the teaching on their course, and feel the staff make the subject interesting and are enthusiastic about what they are teaching.

As a department offering courses to adult learners and returners to education we are proud that 92% of our students are satisfied with their personal development and 94% feel the course has them to present themselves with confidence.

In almost all questions, we have seen a rise in the satisfaction of students and we will continue to use the data to improve the way we teach and offer student support for future CLL students. The results will be reflected on unistats data on the bottom of each course page on the CLL website when updating for the courses starting in autumn 2016.
