Refund policy

Refunds

You have the statutory right to cancel this contract without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you accept the offer of a place at the University, as long as your course does not begin within this period. To exercise the right to cancel, you should inform the Centre for Lifelong Learning of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or email CLLadmissions@warwick.ac.uk). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

If your course is due to begin within 14 days of the date you accept the offer of a place at the University then, by accepting the offer, you are expressly agreeing that the cancellation period shall come to an end on the date the course commences, and waiving your right to receive reimbursement for cancelling within 14 days from accepting your offer.

If you cancel this contract within the cancellation periods stated above, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

If for any reason a course is cancelled by the University, including for insufficient enrolments, all paid registration fees will be refunded automatically, in full.

The University will make any reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which the University cancels the course or you inform the University about your decision to cancel the contract. The University will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement

If you take action to cancel the contract after the statutory cancellation period has expired, you should contact the Centre for Lifelong Learning, at CLLadmissions@warwick.ac.uk The University cannot guarantee that a refund of fees paid will be possible once the statutory cancellation period has expired.
