If you don't have formal qualifications and wish to study locally for a university degree, the 2+2 pathway is for you.
The first two years of 2+2 are taught at a local college enabling you to gain the skills and confidence to prepare you for the final two years here at the University.
Our partner colleges are City College Coventry, North Warwickshire & Hinckley College, Solihull College and Warwickshire College Group (Leamington and Rugby campuses).
You will be a Warwick student from the start of the degree, and whilst most teaching takes place at our partner colleges, classes and other activities will be offered at the University during the first two years.
The 2+2 pathway is designed to fit study around work and other commitments and if you start in October 2017, you can access free GCSE maths and English workshops at the University of Warwick.
An introduction to the 2+2 Degree Pathway
All our students start on the BA (Hons) Social Studies but you are able to transfer to the more specialised BA (Hons) Health and Social Policy in your third year if you wish.
In this video, current students, Kayleigh and Hamis, share their experiences of returning to study on the 2+2 degree.
This video was filmed in April 2017.
