2+2 Degree Programme
2+2 Degrees |
| This full-time programme is designed for adults who lack formal qualifications and wish to study locally for a university degree. There is no access or foundation year, students on the 2+2 route have direct entry to a degree. The first two years are taught at partner colleges, enabling students to gain confidence in coping with academic study. This allows for a comfortable transition into the final two years which are taught at the University. The programme offers flexibility and a broad choice of subjects, enabling students to explore their interests before committing to a specialised programme. 2+2 students are able to enjoy all the benefits of student life at Warwick, including access to the University library, sports and social facilities. |

2+2 Degrees |
Zoey Rhodes "It has always been my ambition to go to university, but I never had the confidence in my ability to achieve it. I found myself avoiding opportunities to get to university, instead of taking A Levels; I chose to study a Medical Secretarial Diploma. Then after years of having a family, losing myself in motherhood and feeling completely dissatisfied and unfulfilled working in administration, I decided to give myself a chance and applied for the 2+2 Social Studies degree at Warwick. I have found studying while raising a family challenging, however, because I am studying I have become a role model for my children and now they know the importance of education. So for me doing this degree is worth every penny of my student loan, because what I have gained cannot be bought, I have the ability to make better choices, which makes me a happier person in so many avenues of my life."
