West Midlands Centre for Excellence in Teacher Training
|
WMCETT, the West Midlands Centre for Excellence in Teacher Training, was established in 2007 after a successful bid to the QIA (now LSIS) to form a CETT, based at the University of Warwick. We are commited to supporting the professional development of the teaching and training sector. We are involved in a wide range of information, advice and guidance services, and have developed a number of accredited and non-accredited CPD and specialist training programmes for the skills, adult and community learning, voluntary and work-based learning sectors, plus contextualised PTLLS and DTLLS courses. We work with networks and a wide range of partners to meet specific training, research and development needs. You can read more about our work over the past four years on this website, and to find out more contact us on 024 7615 0661 or at wmcett@warwick.ac.uk
