Recruitment
The Pathways programme commences for each cohort in October of Year 12 and finishes in April of Year 13. Students selected for the programme are expected to attend an average of 5 sessions per year and commit to the programme for the full two years. There are 50 places per cohort available at the University of Warwick.
Applications for Pathways to Law 2012 are now open. If you are currently in Year 11 and are interested in joining the programme in October 2012, please request an application pack by sending an email with your name, address and current school to pathways@warwick.ac.uk
In order to be considered for a place on the Pathways to Law programme, applicants must complete an application form and return it to the address provided.
Applicants should also be able to fulfil the following entry criteria:
- Applicants should be attending a state school and live within 50 miles of the University of Warwick;
- Will be predicted to obtain, or have obtained, mostly grades A*, A or B at GCSE;
- Will be able to enrol for and participate in Pathways from the beginning of Year 12;
- Can demonstrate that they are interested in careers in law and that they are committed to participate fully over the length of the programme; and
- Would be the first in their family (other than any sibling) to attend higher education.
