Guidance Information – Part 1

Please use this upload facility to provide us with information in support of your application.

YOU ARE ABLE TO UPLOAD A MAXIMUM OF FOUR DOCUMENTS.

We would suggest that this should be sufficient to provide the information we will need. If you really need to upload more than this, please return to this webpage and make a further submission. Please try to create one file for each document, though, rather than separate files for each page of a document to limit the number of submissions you need to make.

Relevant items might include:
Transcripts or certificates relating to a qualification at Undergraduate or Postgraduate level (whether completed or showing your progress so far). Where applicable, please ensure you have uploaded the back page of your transcripts where the grading system is explained;
English language qualification certificate – IELTS or TOEFL, for example; (If you are uploading a Cambridge Advanced or Proficiency test please write your Candidate ID number and Candidate secret number on the certificate before uploading)
Your research proposal (if applicable).

Please note that we are only able to accept documents with the following file extensions: .doc .pdf .jpg .gif .tif .bmp .txt

Please include your Warwick ID numbers in each of your filenames e.g. 0900000_Transcript

Guidance Information – Part 3

We will require hard copies of your documentation (such as original or attested copies of your transcripts) if your application is successful.

For example, before enrolling onto any programme with The University of Warwick, original or attested copies of certificates or transcripts proving your academic qualifications will be required.

If you provided valid email addresses for your referees on the online application form will we be contacting them to let them know how to submit their references to us electronically using a verified system. In which case please do not submit hard copies of your references unless requested to do so.
