Courses at Warwick's International Summer School

    Creative Writing

Join the Summer School for an intense, three-week residential writing course supported by Warwick's Institute for Advanced Teaching and Learning (IATL). Each week students will be introduced to practical techniques for writing in a particular genre: prose, poetry and screen & radio.

Our tutors are all professional, practicing writers, with experience of working in the creative industries. They will lead a series of workshops, master classes and one to one tutorials over the module. Students will also have a chance to participate in guest sessions with some of the Warwick Writing Programme's internationally renowned authors, including Professor David Morley, AL Kennedy and Peter Blegvad.

    Global Integrative business project

Warwick Business School brings you a three-week (intensive) course where you will develop business skills with hands-on practice in analysing the macro-environment of international business. You will increase your knowledge of business sources as you develop a strong awareness of different national cultures and sensitivity towards working in different cultural environments.

The course will develop career skills such as teamwork, communication and the confidence to present ideas in a multi-national group setting. The environment in which these skills will be learnt and the intensive nature of the study means that these skills will be easily transferable into the varied fields of work or study you will be a part of in the future.
