SSLC annual report forms 2011-12

Each SSLC is required to complete an annual report form highlighting issues and examples of good practice discussed during the year:

Annual report forms should be returned via e-mail to Rory McIntyre, Assistant Registrar (Teaching Quality). The report will not be accepted if not e-mailed by the student Chair or Secretary of the SSLC, or if it is not clear that the report has been e-mail by another, for example the academic convenor, on their behalf.

If your SSLC covers both undergraduate and postgraduate students, you may wish to complete the postgraduate version of the form. Only one report is required for each SSLC.

The SSLC Coordinators will review all annual report forms and compile a composite report for consideration and action by the relevant University departments. The report will also be considered by senior University and Students' Union Committees.
