Warwick Laksh Volunteer featured in The Guardian

news.jpegSara Abbasi, a Warwick graduate was featured in the Global Student section of The Guardian on Tuesday 4 April in an article she had written ‘Not every student who volunteers abroad is out to boost their CV’. Sara, who was a volunteer of the Warwick Laksh programme writes about the value student volunteers can contribute in charitable projects abroad. The Warwick Laksh programme is a student volunteering programme in Haryana, India which aims to offer a sustainable route out of poverty by providing education for young people in Delhi including girls in order to tackle gender inequality.
