Why you should attend
The starting point for this workshop is that creative ideas are not enough; they must be connected into collective systems, resources and practices if they are to have meaning and value. The workshop will help managers facilitate, recognise and exploit creative ideas and the systems needed to carry them through to innovative outcomes.
The course is designed for managers driving innovative approaches in service delivery, product development, project management and strategy. No ‘artistic’ or ‘creative’ talents are required.
