Fees and Funding

Tuition fees are payable for each year of your course at the start of the academic year, or at the start of your course, if later. Fees will normally rise for each year of your course in line with inflation. They do not stay the same as the year in which you started.

There are a range of funding opportunities offered by the University.

*Home/EU PGR tuition fees for 2017/18 onwards are subject to RCUK funding rate changes and are therefore not yet confirmed. Fees are expected to increase and the inflation rate applied by RCUK is generally expected to be in line with RPI.

University funding opportunities

Warwick Taught Masters Scholarship Scheme, 2018-19

The Graduate School will be awarding a maximum of 100 Warwick Taught Masters Scholarships to support eligible postgraduate students for entry in 2018/2019. Awards are set at £5,000 per student and available to eligible Home/EU students from under-represented groups who wish to start a postgraduate taught masters course in 2018/2019.

PhD Scholarships

The Centre for Arts Doctoral Research Excellence (CADRE) is offering up to 13 fully-funded scholarships to the most outstanding home/EU PhD applicants in the Arts. Deadline for applications: 19 January 2018. Applications are now open. Please see link below for further information and details of how to apply:

International Students

The University offers some fees awards for taught MA and MA by Research degrees for international students. If you would like to be nominated for one of these, please contact us. Further details on funding for international students is available on the Warwick Graduate School's funding pages, and the International Office.

Chancellor's International PhD Scholarships

For 2018/19 entry there will be 25 Chancellor's International Scholarships available to be awarded to the most outstanding international PhD applicants. The Chancellor's International Scholarships are open to all overseas students in any discipline offered at Warwick. Deadline for applications: 19 January 2018. Applications are now open.
