As an Assistant Professor in French Studies, my role involves planning and teaching French grammar, mentoring students’ learning, and working alongside language departments (both internal and external) to promote Warwick’s internationalisation programs. I am passionate about driving diversity of both culture and thought, so am always looking at new ways to enhance our assessment and teaching methods for students.

Teaching and Supervision

I teach French language for 1st, 2nd year and final year students, to be more precise Grammar/Translation and Writing classes, as well as convene and teach on our new French Ab-Initio Pathway. I have taken part in the creation and implementation of online grammar exercises (QuestionMark Perception), as well as reading and listening comprehension exercises which students use to consolidate their knowledge and grammar skills. I also work in collaboration with the Language Center and have taught MBA/MIM and MINT French Beginners between 2016 and 2018. In 2014-2016, I was a lectrice in charge of 1st, 2nd and 4th year oral classes. I also marked 3rd Year Abroad Essays.
