Monitoring points for incoming Erasmus students
All incoming Erasmus students hosted by the School of Modern Languages and Cultures are required to undertake the following monitoring points during the course of their placement at Warwick. If you are a part-year student then some points will not apply to you; if you have any questions please consult the relevant contact person for your 'host' language section.
1. Attendance at start of year meeting with department’s incoming Erasmus co-ordinator or Personal Tutor in Week 1
|2. Submission of Erasmus learning agreement to office by end of Week 3|
|3. Attendance at a teaching event in Week 5|
|4. Attendance at a teaching event Week 7|
|5. Attendance at a teaching event in Week 9|
|6.Attendance at a teaching event in Week 10|
1. Students to sign up to confirm return on sign-up sheet in School office by end of Week 1
2. Attendance at a teaching event Week 4
3. Attendance at a teaching event Week 8
|4. Attendance at a teaching event in Week 10|
1. Completion of agreed summative assessment tasks
It is important that you attend all welcome meetings that apply to you
Students hosted by other language sections are encouraged to email the Incoming Erasmus Coordinator in the section to arrange a meeting if they have questions or queries.
