Warning: Please note that the poster "Unity of Physics and Biology" of a fictitious author 'Jinzhong Yan' in Track E did accidently entered the programme booklet on page 127.

  • Please prepare your poster in A1 portrait format, print it, and bring it with you to the conference.
    (There will be no facilities at the conference to print posters.)

  • Poster display times:
    • Tracks A-F, GENESYS and satellite meetings (Zeeman building):
      You may put up posters Monday morning from the coffee break (10:00), and please remove it by Thursday evening.
      LEVEL 0: tracks B, D, F
      LEVEL 1: Genesys, most satellites
      LEVEL 2: tracks A, C, E, satellite: Stat.Mech.Mol.Cell.Bio.

    • EPSRC showcase poster session (Digital Laboratory building, across the pond):
      Please put up posters on Thursday between morning coffee break and afternoon tea (10:00-17:00), and remove it at the end of the poster session (19:00).

    The poster boards will be assigned according to poster number in the programme booklet (not the abstract submission number).

  • Poster sessions (dedicated viewing times):
    • Tracks A-F: Monday 16:00-17:00 and Tuesday 16:00-17:00
      Tracks C-F also have a "poster advertisement" session (2 minute announcements): Monday 15:20-16:00 (in the usual room of each track)
    • GENESYS: Monday 16:00-17:00 and Tuesday 16:00-17:00,
    • satellite meetings: Wednesday 16:00-16:30 and Thursday 16:00-16:30
    • EPSRC showcase poster session: Thursday 18:00-19:00 (Digital Laboratory building, across the pond)

  • Student poster prize:
    A student poster prize (£500) has been sponsored by Springer.

    The prize was decided by the Poster prize committee: Francois Kepes (Genopole, Chair)
    Fatihcan Atay (Leipzig)
    Paul Bourgine (Paris)
    Paul Verschure (Barcelona) and presented on Friday (25 September) at 17:00 before the last plenary session.
