Lynne Mitchell BA(Hons) MPhil PhD

RESEARCH PROFILE

Lynne Mitchell is a Senior Research Fellow in the Institute of Health at the University of Warwick. She is also co-founder of the WISE (Wellbeing in Sustainable Environments) research unit. Her research interests lie in how the built environment can be designed or produced to enhance local social sustainability, particularly the wellbeing and health of residents and other users. She has particular expertise in researching the needs of older people, with and without dementia, in the built environment.

Lynne is currently supervising four PhD students.
