Mohammed graduated with second honoured class from king Abdulaziz university (Jeddah- Saudi Arabia) in 2014. His project was entitled “ Synthesis and characterisation of amine based macrocyclic ligands and their Ni complexes”. Then, he obtained a Master degree in polymer chemistry with merit from Warwick university (UK) under prof. David Haddleton and Dr. Paul Wilson supervision. Currently, he is a PhD candidate under prof. David Haddleton and Dr. Paul Wilson supervision. His project is entitled “Exploiting [2+2] photocycloaddition of monothiomaleimides in polymer synthesis and bioconjugation”.

Areas of interest:

1- Polymer conjugation and bioconjugation

2- Copper mediated living radical polymerisation.

3- Organic photochemistry
