Efficient polymer and nanostructure modification

The development of robust chemistries for the modification of polymers and their assemlbed constructs is a key underpinning technology which is of interest to the O'Reilly group. We explore the application of novel efficient and effective chemistries for the funcitonalisation and modification of a range of polymer scaffolds to enable;

- orthogonal chemical functionalisation

- end group and/or side chain modification

- efficient conjugation of polymers, biomolecules and small molecules such as actives and catalysts
