The CIU was established to help support industries with various aspects of ultrasonic research, and there is a range of expertise within the CIU, that can help address issues from research funding advice through to access to small scale research project support. Benefits of Membership of the CIU

Organisations that engage the CIU to undertake a research project of length between 1-6 months will separately discuss and agree a project contract.

How to join the CIU

In the first instance, we would ask any company interested in joining the CIU to contact our Membership Manager, Alan Finn to discuss their requirements in more detail. Please do this by sending Alan an email and he will respond by email or phone if requested. Alan dot Finn at warwick dot ac dot uk.

In joining the CIU we have prepared some Terms and Conditions of Membership - Click here to view the T&C's. In joining the CIU it is understood that the joining organisation accepts the T&Cs and agrees to abide by them.

Membership fees

The CIU operates a membership scheme for industrial members, with the membership fee being linked to the size of the company.
The annual membership fees for companies are:

less than 10 employees £300 + VAT

between 10 to 200 employees £600 +VAT

for more than 200 employees £1200 +VAT
