I am a postgraduate research student within the Centre for Doctoral Training in Urban Science and Progress and within the Department of Computer Science. I graduated with an MEng degree from the Department of Computer Science in 2016 and am now under the supervision of Prof. Nathan Griffiths and Prof. Stephen Jarvis. Previously I have organised conferences, worked in a computer vision startup and dabbled with a spot of baking.
I am currently investigating the use of machine learning techniques on large datasets, particularly transport and infrastructure data. I plan to focus on techniques for performing computation on merged datasets. My research will be supported and aided by my industry partner, the Transport Research Laboratory.
Currently I am assisting with the teaching of the following modules:
Previously I have assisted with the following modules:
- CS140 Computer Security
- CS241 Operating Systems & Networks
- CS261 Software Engineering (group software project)
- CS313 Mobile Robotics
