Sponsor Categories and Options

Support of the 2018 European Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (ECSCRM 2018) serves as visible evidence of your organisation’s commitment to the SiC community and allows your organisation to participate in the most important international scientific congress in the field.

In order to build a comprehensive marketing plan designed to boost visibility, challenge your competition
and maximise the impact of your message a number of promotional items can be selected for
sponsorship. The costs of sponsoring these items are detailed below and the combined total will
determine your category of sponsorship. The following sponsorship levels are available based on your total contribution – Golden Sponsor, Major Sponsor and Regular Sponsor. The allocation of these items will be determined on a first paid basis. The deadline for receipt sponsorship order form applications is 1st July 2018 31st July 2018!

GOLDEN SPONSOR – EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY **SOLD OUT**

The ECSCRM 2018 Golden Sponsor will be the organisation offering the highest combined exhibit and sponsorship contribution to the conference. In order to qualify as a Golden sponsor, a minimum sponsorship commitment of £40,000 GBP is required. As the Golden sponsor, your organisation will enjoy co-branding of the event, providing considerable exposure and recognition.

Key benefits:
• 2 Conference registrations, including 2 tickets to the Gala Dinner being held at the National Motorcycle Museum (For exhibitors an additional 2 conference registrations and gala dinner tickets will be added to the registrations per booth purchase).
• Conference insert or literature display in high-traffic registration area
• Full page colour advertisement in the conference programme and book of abstracts
• Advertisements in 3 x pre-conference email newsletters
• Acknowledgment as a Golden Sponsor in the Conference programme
• Recognition on the main page and throughout the ECSCRM 2018 website (with active links to sponsor’s website) and through on-site signage (large size)
• Distribution of company marketing materials in the conference packs (supplied by sponsor)
• Verbal acknowledgement at Conference General Session

MAJOR SPONSOR – THREE OPPORTUNITIES

The three organisations offering the second, third and fourth highest combined exhibition and sponsorship contributions will be recognised as Major Sponsors. In order to qualify as a Major sponsor, a minimum sponsorship commitment of £20,000 GBP is required. As a Major sponsor, your organisation will receive significant exposure and recognition.

Key benefits:
• One Conference registration including 1 ticket to the Gala Dinner being held at the National Motorcycle Museum (For exhibitors an additional conference registration and gala dinner ticket will be added to the registrations per booth purchase)
• ½ page full colour advertisement in the conference programme and book of abstracts
• Advertisements in 2 x pre-conference email newsletters
• Acknowledgment as a Major Sponsor in the Conference programme
• Recognition throughout the ECSCRM 2018 website (with active links to sponsor’s website)
and through on-site signage (medium size)
• Distribution of company marketing materials in the conference packs (supplied by sponsor)
• Verbal acknowledgement at Conference General Session

REGULAR SPONSOR

All organisations with a sponsorship order of at least £5,000 GBP will be recognised as regular sponsors.

Key benefits:
• Small logo colour advertisement in the conference programme and book of abstracts
• Acknowledgment as a Regular Sponsor in the Conference programme
• Recognition throughout the ECSCRM 2018 website (with active links to sponsor’s website) and through on-site signage (small size)
