Every year, there are competitions for post-doctoral fellowships both internally (University of Warwick) and externally (e.g. European funding schemes). Currently, there is a call for CDT Urban Science & Progress Scholarships (which closes on 17 Mar 2017). The topics related to human-structure interaction, crowd modelling and structural performnace are all elligible.
In collaboration with Dr Irwanda Laory, we are curerntly looking for a PhD student to work on Monitoring and modelling long-term performance of fibre-reinforced polymer bridges. If you are interested in applying, please feel free to contact us to discuss details.
