Travelling to the University

MMEG 2017 will be held at the University of Warwick, near to the city of Coventry. Buses and taxis are available for travel between Coventry train station and the university. See a detailed list of directions and transport links to the university.

Car Parking

If you are planning to travel by car then be aware that parking on campus can be problematic between the hours of 10am-4pm due to limited capacity. Parking costs £4 per day in the general pay and display car parks, please visit University Car Parking page for details and note that ticket machines only take exact change.

If you have reserved on campus accommodation then you'll be able to park at your accommodation site and walk across campus to the conference venue (approx. 15mins).

Conference Venue

The conference will situated in the Medical School on Gibbet Hill Campus, a short walk from the University of Warwick's Central Campus Site. The building can be found by searching for the Medical School on the interactive campus map.

Evening Meal

The conference dinner will be held in the Slate on Central Campus, opposite the Radcliffe building off Scarman road. The building can also be found by searching for The Slate on the interactive campus map.
