About:

I am a current second year PhD student in the Mathematics and Statistics Centre for Doctoral Training (MASDOC) at Warwick supervised by Dr David Croydon. I studied in the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, earning a BSc in Pure Mathematics, and an MSc in Statistics and Operational Research. In my master's degree thesis I investigated the construction of a continuum random polymer that is modeled by a continuous path interacting with a space-time white noise. Outside of mathematics, I enjoy reading challenging books.

Research Interests:

My mathematical interests are in Probability Theory. In my project, I investigate the connection between local times and cover times on random graphs in order to prove scaling limits of the cover times. I am focused on studying local times on critical Galton-Watson trees and their limiting diffusions. This has led to futher analysis of certain Gaussian processes on real trees.

    • In Terms 1 and 2 I supervised two groups of first-year Discrete Mathematics students and one group of first-year students from MMORSE, Mathematics and Statistics and Data Science, both programs of the Statistics department.
