Entry Requirements, Fees, and How to Apply

Entry Requirements

Applicants are expected to hold a first or second class undergraduate degree in a relevant scientific discipline (or equivalent non-UK qualification).

Applicant must have a minumum of IELTS 6.5 (with no individual component score below 6.0) or equivalent qualifications, (the MSc is classed as a band A course).

Applicants with less than IELTS 6.5 are welcome to apply, but such applicants may be required to fund and pass an accredited Scientific English Language Skills module before the start of the autumn term.

Part time £3,370 £9,700

Funding is possible by a range of mechanisms including University scholarships, an external scholarship or by self/family funding.
