This will be the final post on this forum though I have found it a good (and somewhat addictive) way to communicate – if people wanted more information they can find it and if they don’t they can avoid it.
The purpose of this final post is to invite you to a Sydney Memorial Service for Mark on
Saturday 29th July at 2.15 pm in Turramurra Uniting Church in Turramurra Avenue (behind the shops and near the station).
This was planned with Mark's mother, Iris, in mind but sadly she died last Saturday. Anyway, we plan to have a special time celebrating lives well-lived. Mark's memorial will be followed by afternoon tea at 28 Frederick St, Hornsby, 2077 (our new house). We have sufficient mugs, cups and plates, but if you are person number 7 to arrive, you might like to bring your own chair! (Our furniture will only be packed up in the UK by 4th July for shipping.) If you enjoy doing so, you might also like to bring something for afternoon tea.
I am not convinced how effective my communication network is, so please do invite anyone you think may care to come. It would be hepful, though not essential, if you let me know if you are coming to the service and/or the afternoon tea.
