PLATO 2017 Local Information

Car Parking

Parking on campus is either by Pay and Display, or by Parking Permit. More information can be found on the University website.

Pay and Display is £4 per day. Permits are free for conference attendees, and had to be pre-registered for, then printed out and displayed in the car windscreen at all times.

Wi-Fi access across central campus

The Eduroam wi-fi network service is available across campus. If you already have an Eduroam account, then you should be able to connect to this network using your normal login details. If you are unable to log-in, please contact your own institution for advice.

If you cannot connect to Eduroam, then please use the Warwick Guest wi-fi network, which is accessible all-around campus. This network operates on a self-service basis, much like public wireless networks in cafes and airports. Although there is no charge, you must register for an account and agree to the terms of use in order to use the network facilities. Note that you will be asked for a phone number, and you can choose to receive your passcode by SMS or email.
