STFC is sponsoring the attendance for up to 20 STFC funded PhD students, whose fees will be covered. Everything but travel is included in the package. Students will need to reclaim travel costs directly from STFC. The 20 places will be filled on a first come first serve basis so make sure to register. Once these places are filled, students will need to pay registration whether they are funded by STFC or not. Students will be asked to provide contact details of their supervisor so we can informally verify the eligibility of the student.

For those who are not funded by STFC (or for when the 20 places have been filled), there are two possible registration packages available.

1) Full Package: includes on-campus accommodation and covers all meals and coffees, lecture material, the social programme and admin fees. Fee: £500

2) Non-residential Package: excludes accommodation but includes lunch meal and coffees, lecture material, the social programme and admin fees. Fee: £220
