Prof. CV Tomy
Biography
Professor C. V. Tomy is a Professor in the Physics Department at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
He was a postdoctoral research assistant in the Superconductivity and Magnetism Group from 1993 to 1996. Tomy's work on a range of superconducting materials was supported by a grant from the EPSRC.
From May 2008- April 2009 Tomy worked with us here in the Superconductivity and Magnetism Group as a visiting Research Fellow.
Research Interests
Low temperature measurements of the magnetic and transport properties of superconducting and magnetic systems including the borocarbides.
