Warwick Week

Warwick Week is a week of graduate lectures hosted at the University of Warwick. It focuses on topics which are relevant to the experiments that UK graduate students are currently involved with and aims to present the theory behind these experiments, and to put the experiments in context in the current research landscape.

Warwick Week will be partially in person and partially online in 2024.

The first week, from Wednesday March 20th to Wednesday March 27th, will be held in-person for those who wish to travel to Warwick. A schedule for Warwick Week 2024 can be found at WFW 2024 Timetable. There will be opportunities for social gatherings (better known as "going to the pub" and "Dinner") in this week.

We hope to provide a full online connection for all lectures for those who cannot attend in person. For those who can attend in person, the lectures will be held in room MAS2.05/2.06.

Lectures given are

  • Heavy Flavour Physics : Matt Kenzie (Warwick)
  • Neutrino Physics : Steve Boyd (Warwick)
  • High-Pt Physics : Juraj Bracinic and Andy Chisholm (Birmingham)
  • Astroparticle Physics : Matthew Malek (Sheffield)
