Survey Prize Draws – Entry and Eligibility

  • All individuals responding to the first survey of VETrack are eligible to enter the prize draw. This prize draw is only open to those who have completed the first VETrack survey or who have been interviewed as part of the study. This participation would have taken place in the period January to June 2016.
  • Entry into the prize draw is automatic for survey participants on receipt of a completed a questionnaire with a contact address or email address, unless they indicate that they do not wish to enter the draw. Interviewees / focus group participants will, with their permission, be entered on completion of the focus group / interview.
  • Participants who respond to future waves of the VETrack Survey will be eligible to enter a prize draw for each survey. Those who respond to all waves of the survey (six questionnaires in total) will be eligible to enter a further draw which will take place at the end of the full study. Further details about future survey waves and prize draws will be published on this website.
  • Winners will be selected randomly from responses received. Multiple entries are not allowed.

Prizes

  • After each wave of the survey, there will be six (6) prizes available in each of the three (3) geographical areas covered by the study (amounting to 18 prizes in total). Each prize will consist of £25 Amazon.co.uk vouchers.
  • For those entrants who have completed all waves of the VETrack survey, a final prize draw will take place with there being two (2) prizes in each geographical area covered by the study (amounting to six (6) prizes in total). Each of these final prizes will consist of a £100 Amazon.co.uk voucher.

Dates and Further Terms and Conditions

  • The prize draw is administered by the Institute for Employment Research (IER) at the University of Warwick and will take place shortly after the survey deadline.
  • If the survey deadline is extended for any reason, we reserve the right to amend the date of the draw accordingly.
    The first prize draw should take place in July 2016 and winners will be notified within 2 weeks of the draw taking place. Dates of future draws will depend on the timing of surveys. All dates will be published on this website.
  • IER reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of the same value should it be necessary. Winners may not request alternatives or cash equivalents.
  • The winner agrees that those wishing to be notified of prize draw winners can be informed.
