LLM in IEL 2010-2011
After completing my Bachelor of Laws Degree, I knew that I needed to focus on a career path that is enriching and exciting. I decided to pursue the law on International Economics and the University search begun! Among many universities that offered similar areas of Law, I decided to settle on the University of Warwick based on several factors. I loved the variety of the modules on offer. I was also attracted by Warwick’s great accreditations, the diverse community and Warwick’s outside- the - city location which I found ideal for student life. This and more made the choice of Warwick University appealing.
I loved the variety of seminars provided on campus! These were very helpful for me as a student as well as after the program. The content was always superb as it equipped students with immense knowledge and skills to successfully finish our various programs as well as how to find gainful employment after graduation.
Where are they now?
Currently, I am working at Qatar Foundation’s office of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer where I joined the team responsible for setting up policies and procedures required for Technology Transfer. In this highly competitive world we live in, opportunities for quality employment demand good qualifications from reputable institutions. This is why I strongly believe that the LL.M I obtained from Warwick was one of the main reasons I was a sought after candidate in my current position.
