Zahra Maranlou

Welcome to my ePortfolio;on-line perspective of my PhD research and professional background.

I have recently defended my doctoral thesis at the University of Warwick (law school). My research interests lie in the area of women’s access to justice and legal empowerment in Muslim societies and in particular the Islamic Republic of Iran. I am particularly interested in understanding Islamic conception of access to justice.

I was lucky enough to be able to conduct my PhD research under supervision of Prof. Shaheen Sardar Ali and also great support of Prof. Lee Bridges with the Warwick Law School.

This ePortfolio includes a brief explanation about my research, a short resume and also selected of my publications. The source’s page shares some related links about access to justice.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or suggestions regarding my research.
