The Conference will take place at the East Midlands Conference Centre at the University of Nottingham, set on the main University Park campus. The University is in the UK top 10 of a world league of research, and has a student population of over 30,000. It is a multi-campus university, with three UK campuses and a fourth campus, opened in 2000, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In September 2004, the University admitted students to its second international campus, located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, and thus became the first foreign university to establish a campus in China.

The 330-acre University Park Campus, with its extensive woodlands, parks and playing fields is the focus of life for most of the University's students. University Park is one of the largest and most attractive campuses in the UK, and features contemporary teaching facilities, halls of residence, a conference and exhibition centre, and an award-winning main library.
