BA History and Politics 2010
MA International Relations 2011
I decided to study History and Politics at Warwick because it is a University with both a renowned academic reputation and a vibrant campus. While studying for my undergraduate degree what stood out for me the most was the wide variety of areas you could learn about. I studied everything from Chinese History to British economic management.
Through the university Careers Service I discovered the English Speaking Union Summer Exchange Programme and spent the summer of my third year interning in the US Congress. There also been great opportunities for personal development through getting involved in the numerous societies and the Students Union. During my time at Warwick I became the Editor of the Politics Society magazine and also was elected Chair of the Union Council.
I enjoyed Warwick so much at Undergraduate, I decided to stay on for an extra year and complete a Masters in International Relations. This year Pais has maintained the high standard of teaching and provided great additional benefits to Postgraduate students. The most exciting of these was the subsidy of a place at an academic conference on the CIA this April.
After four years here, I would thoroughly recommend pursuing study at Warwick.
