MindGrad 2012

Registration

To register your attendance at MindGrad 2012, please provide details below. There is a one-off registration fee of £20 for non-Warwick attendees, subsidised to £5 by the Analysis Trust and Warwick Philosophy Department for the first 30 attendees. This includes lunch and refreshments for both days, and should be paid for using our online payment system below. Attendees are also invited to the Conference Dinner, which costs £27 and should also be paid for in advance to guarantee availability. Please bring email confirmation of your registration or online payment with you to the conference.

This form will be used to manage attendance at MindGrad 2012. Your registration will be recorded and associated with your name, but no other personally identifiable data will be stored, and the data will not be used for any purpose other than as a record of the event (unless you have requested information to be included in the list of delegates, a copy of which will be distributed to all attendees).
