Biography

Pauline received her MSc in Business Management from the University of Hull (Hull, United Kingdom) with distinction. She has 10 years experience working at a university in Shanghai, China as management and lecturer. And has worked in textile industry as merchandiser and management for 4 years in Mauritius, Madagascar and South Africa. Pauline is currently a Doctoral Researcher at WBS, University of Warwick pursuing her PhD in Organisation and Human Resource Management.
