Biography

Victoria holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management with Honours from the School of Human Resource Management (SHRM), York University (Toronto, Canada). She also obtained a Master of Arts in International Employment Relations from Warwick Business School (WBS), University of Warwick (Coventry, United Kingdom). Victoria has over 10 years of experience working within the telecommunications industry and has worked in boutique consulting firms in North America and the UK.

She is currently a Doctoral Researcher within the Organisation & HRM Group at WBS, pursuing a PhD in Business and Management.

The relationship between MNCs and host business systems in post-Yugoslav countries: Employment regimes in greenfield sites.
