Giovanni Radaelli joins OM

Giovanni’s research relates to process re-engineering in service organizations, with a focus on the design and implementation of service integration in healthcare organizations. Previous projects include the introduction of integrated care pathways, health technology assessment programmes and risk management tools in Italian hospital. Most recently, Giovanni was involved in the CLAHRC-West Midlands research programme funded by the NIHR. His portfolio included multiple cases of service innovation in mental health settings, such as a new service for patients with medical unexplained symptoms, the introduction of advanced nurse practitioners and the commissioning of 0-25 patients. Methodologically, Giovanni has an interest in exploring new modes of research, with a specific focus on collaborative research methodologies. His teaching experience includes a five-year engagement with Bachelor and Master courses of ‘Healthcare Management’ and ‘Management and Business’ at Politecnico di Milano.
