The registration fee of £200.00 includes beverages during breaks, lunches and the Conference Dinner.

We have ten discounted places for PhD students with a fee if £100.00. To be considered for this rate, please complete the registration process, selecting "request an invoice" on the payment section. You should then email Scenario2015@wbs.ac.uk to advise you have registered and wish to be considered for the reduced PhD student rate. You will be advised as soon as possible if your application is successful. UPDATE: The reduced PhD rate registrations have now been allocated.
 
The deadline for Registration to ensure an abstract is to be scheduled for presentation is 13 November 2015. At least one author per presentation must book and pay the registration fee by 13 November 2015. The conference committee reserve the right to exclude papers if bookings are not made by this date.

Cancellation Policy:

Refund of registration fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until 01 December 2015 to the conference organisers at scenario2015@wbs.ac.uk. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will not be payable to participants who fail to attend. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
