Can you help refine the Development and Performance Review?

The Development and Performance Review was launched in January 2015 with the purpose of:

  • Improving and simplifying the annual review process whilst maintaining the core principles (a ‘look back’, a ‘look forward’, alignment of development needs, aligned to reward processes)
  • Aligning individual contributions and objectives to support the aims of departments and the wider University
  • Creating the opportunity for regular dialogue between reviewees and reviewers about roles, work, personal development and career aspirations
  • Providing a simplified framework to structured conversations aligned to the reward process timeline.

A number of focus group sessions will take place in August and September to provide an opportunity for people to engage in a discussion about how we might refine the Development and Performance Review process and form. Places on the groups will be available to request until 27 July and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Register your interest to take part in one of the focus groups.

The Development and Performance Review (DPR) scheme is designed to be an open, constructive and positive experience for all, find out more on the DPR webpage.
