Access for disabled users

Getting around Venice can be challenging for those with accessibility requirements as there are many bridges with steps on the main island and conservation orders protecting the historic buildings makes it very difficult to adapt them in order to improve access.

For this reason, access to the first floor facilities (via two flights of stairs) of the 15th Century Palazzo is not currently possible for wheelchair users. Event participants are asked to notify the event organisers of their individual requirements in advance of the event so that these can be accommodated where possible.
